DCW Estimator: End-User License Agreement

Effective October 23, 2026

The DCW Estimator ("the Software") is proprietary software of A. Magelssen LLC, doing business as Dawson Custom Workroom ("DCW").

1. License. DCW grants its employees and authorized contractors a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software solely for DCW business, while employed or engaged by DCW.
2. Restrictions. The Software may not be copied, distributed, sold, sublicensed, or used for anyone other than DCW, and may not be reverse engineered except as permitted by law.
3. QuickBooks. The Software connects only to DCW's own QuickBooks Online company. Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's terms.
4. No warranty. The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Users must review every estimate before it is sent to a client.
5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, DCW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
6. Termination. This license ends automatically when a user's employment or engagement with DCW ends. The Software and any stored sign-in must then be removed.
7. Governing law. California, United States.
